4 thick pork chops
3 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon water
Combine the ingredients and marinate the chops for two hours in the mixture. Add 1/2 cup water, mixing with the marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
